The mission of the institute is to develop managers to focus on professionalism, the strategic thrust for working towards the mission is on the thrust area of personality development, knowledge generation by conducting seminars, conferences, and projects and case studies. Personality building by conducting training programmes so as to enable them to develop their internal capabilities for management as a leader and team member. Over hundred eminent academicians and practioner in the HRD field provide support to institute in its Advisory Council, MDP Council and Visiting Faculty in our training and educational programmes.
