    practice, Running between the wickets, Scoring runs.
  1. Bowling : - In swing, Fast bowling variations, Left arm seam bowling, Spin bowling, Off spin, Leg spin,  Left arm spin, Bowling tacties.
  2. Practical – (500 Marks) Physical Test & Camp.

Timing of the Net Practice (3 p.m. to 6 p.m.)

 
  Practice sessions will consist of the following           Rules and Regulation of the practice  
 
  1. Running: - Sprit, backward, sideways, zic-zac
  2. Catching Practice: - High Catch and short fielding  practice.  
  3. Fielding Practiced: - long fielding and short fielding practice.
  4. Exercises: - Stretching, duck walk, frog jump etc.  
  5. Bating and bowling tips; fielding tips, keeping tips
  6. Net practice Every last Sunday a match will be organized.                                                                                                                  
  1. All players should be dressed in proper cricket clothing i.e. white lower , short, T-shirt, shoes and socks.
  2. All players must reach the V.M. hall cricket ground by 3 p.m. sharp.
  3. Any misbehavior on the part of a player will not be tolerated.
  4. Parents of player are requested to corporate with the Academy authorities.
  5. No players is allowed to leave the ground During practice sessions.
  6. Players are not allowed to bring their friends to the ground during practice sessions.
  7. All players are expected to obey these rules.
