ADMISSION PROCEDURE |

Registration & Admission: Registration for classes Nursery to XIIth is open from Jan 30th. Registration for higher classes for admission would be over by July 30th on the basis of marks obtained in the examination. Admission is done on the basis of the entrance test and the past performance of the child. Test will be conducted to assess their suitability. The lowest class is Nursery in the school. Admission to class Ist and above depends on vacancies created by withdrawals and transfers etc. Admissions to NRI’s will be given on the basis of past performance of the child. Indian/NRI’s desirous of admission of their wards are required to complete the application for registration on the form attached to the prospectus and forward it, to the Principal along with the registration fees, latest
by 1st March of every year.
Registration fee is Rs. 300 payable by cash or DD in favour of Campus School
payable at GHAZIABAD. |

A Transfer Certificate (in original)
Note- Transfer Certificate should be deposited within 15 days of ward’s joining the school failing which the principal will have the right to cancel the admission and send the child home.
B. A complete health information certificate on the form supplied by the school.
C. Mark Sheet of previous class passed.
D. Three copies of latest passport size photograph. NRI’s seeking admission in the School are required to contact the following for details:

Books & Uniform: Parents should ensure that their wards are properly equipped with book, uniforms & other material required by them before school reopens, Books & uniforms could be purchased from Book & Uniforms shop in the school. |

Withdrawal: A parent wishing the withdrawal of his child he must give the Principal at least three months notice in writing preferably by Regd. Post and if acknowledgment is not promptly received, the notice should be sent again.
The parents are requested to ensure that the notice of withdrawal is sent before the commencement of the next academic session. In case the child has sat in the next session even for a day they shall have to pay full terms tuition fee. No verbal assurance by anyone regarding withdrawal of a student will be binding on the school. Fee once paid for Admission, tuition or boarding will not be returned if the parents decide to withdrawal the child on any ground. |

Transfer Certificate: We will accept the child for admission if he does not appear in the final exams of the class he is studying in and has been offered a place by us but the transfer certificate should say that the child is currently studying in a particulars class, giving the date of birth and also eating that all dues have been cleared. The transfer certificate to be issued by the school will require minimum one month. |
